We launched during one of the most difficult years and during one of the most challenging times for organisations. As a startup, we also faced our own troubles staying motivated and engaged whilst working remotely during a public health crisis and economic downturn, not to mention social upheaval of the Black Lives Matter protests in the United States of America and in the United Kingdom.
Our research insights lead us to believe that employees needed more psychological support, empathetic leadership and management with collaboration at its core.
We offer companies a new way to approach motivating teams and promoting wellness with our bite-sized creative online classes. We always start sessions with a bit of mindfulness practice to help you connect to the present moment and indulge in learning something new. We are reducing screen time, which means we limit the need for participants to stare at the screen for long periods and encouraging interaction and/or self-exploration with art, craft, writing and/or mindfulness practices.
